On bananas and Branston pickle

A few of you know that I fell into a wonderful group of people in the DisCo after making a significant decision: to become a runner. Last July, I started spending my Monday evenings with the Lululemon Logan Circle Run Club. With the guidance and support of some extraordinary individuals - some of whom are elite runners - I have successfully completed four races.

Very recently, I hit a milestone in my running career by completing my first marathon in Brighton, England. I ran for a charity group called Refuge UK, which provides a range of services to survivors of emotional, physical, and sexual relationship abuse. If you would like to make a donation to Refuge UK, click here.

Thank you so much to my Lululemon circle, to friendly runners I have met around the globe, and to my amazing group of friends and family. I wouldn't have been able to do this without you!
